Bequest of a specific dollar amount

"I hereby give, devise, and bequeath [$Dollars] to The National Trust for Historic Preservation in the United States, a non-profit organization located at 2600 Virginia Avenue NW, Suite 1100, Washington, DC 20037, Federal Tax ID:53-0210807, for The National Trust for Historic Preservation in the United States' general use and purposes."

Bequest of specific personal property

"I hereby give, devise and bequeath [Description of Property] to The National Trust for Historic Preservation in the United States, a non-profit organization located at 2600 Virginia Avenue NW, Suite 1100, Washington, DC 20037, Federal Tax ID:53-0210807, for The National Trust for Historic Preservation in the United States' general use and purposes."

Bequest of specific real estate

"I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of the right, title and interest in and to the real estate located at [Address of Description of Property] to The National Trust for Historic Preservation in the United States, a non-profit organization located at 2600 Virginia Avenue NW, Suite 1100, Washington, DC 20037, Federal Tax ID:53-0210807, for The National Trust for Historic Preservation in the United States' general use and purposes."

Bequest of a percentage of an estate
