Bequest of specific personal property

"I hereby give, devise and bequeath [Description of Property] to The National Trust for Historic Preservation in the United States, a non-profit organization located at 600 14th Street NW, Suite 500, Washington, DC 20005, Federal Tax ID:53-0210807, for The National Trust for Historic Preservation in the United States' general use and purposes."

Bequest of specific real estate

"I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of the right, title and interest in and to the real estate located at [Address of Description of Property] to The National Trust for Historic Preservation in the United States, a non-profit organization located at 600 14th Street NW, Suite 500, Washington, DC 20005, Federal Tax ID:53-0210807, for The National Trust for Historic Preservation in the United States' general use and purposes."

Bequest of a percentage of an estate

"I hereby give, devise and bequeath [Percentage of Your Estate] to The National Trust for Historic Preservation in the United States, a non-profit organization located at 600 14th Street NW, Suite 500, Washington, DC 20005, Federal Tax ID:53-0210807, for The National Trust for Historic Preservation in the United States' general use and purposes."
